“Balera” is a fine example of a 1997 35’ Caliber LRC (Long Range Cruiser). The current owner purchased the vessel from the original owner in 2007 in the Chesapeake Bay (Brackish Water).Excellent condition, ready to sail away.

Balera has low engine hours & has been well maintained & consistently updated by her second owner, a lifelong sailor, engineer & U.S. Coast Guard Master. 

This vessel is built and outfitted for the serious Offshore Sailor. Seller is extremely proud of his vessel but is aging out of sailing and plans to sell “Balera” to move into the next chapter of life.

Interior Description

The main salon features facing settees, one of which converts to a berth and a twin dining table that folds up against the bulkhead for additional room. The U-shaped galley includes a double sink & Seagull water purifier for ultra fresh tasting water. The nav station includes a hinged chart table lid with storage beneath, chart light & swing out padded back, fold-down nav chair. The aft quarterberth is setup with spares & storage for long range provisions. It can easily be converted back to a double berth with mattress. V-Berth has a Portland Mattress Latex topper with washable cover (2021).
