Accommodations

Few sailing yachts are built to as high a level of fit and finish as the SABRE 362. Woodworking details, rarely found in even high priced custom yachts, abound in her luxurious interior. Dovetailed drawer boxes, louvered cabinet doors, and beautifully sculpted laminated trims, demonstrate SABRE's skills and commitment to quality craftmanship. A varnished teak and holly sole runs throughout, contrasting nicely with the varnished American Cherry interior.

The spacious owners' stateroom forward features a large v-berth, a vanity sink with wood-framed mirror, and a convenient seat. To port is a large hanging locker. A full-sized deck hatch and two opening ports provide light and air to this comfortable space.

To port in the main cabin is an aft facing chart table at the aft end of a 6'4" settee. The nav station provides ample space for today's sophisticated navigational electronics. To starboard is an L-shaped settee with fold-up bulkhead mounted table. When opened, the leaf reaches to the port settee creating a large table for all your crew and guests. With the table folded up on the bulkhead, the salon becomes a wide open and comfortable space in which to socialize or relax with a good book and your favorite music.

The galley aft to starboard is well designed for an active cruising family. A double stainless steel sink with single lever mixing faucet is situated close to the centerline, so that it remains usable when underway. A deep and well insulated icebox is found outboard of the sinks. There is ample room for your stores outboard and above the counter. A propane stove and oven with stainless steel safety bar is located at the aft corner of the galley space.

The SABRE 362 offers a spacious head with shower stall. This is a one piece fiberglass unit which is both practical and easy to maintain. A bi-fold door separates the shower from the head compartment.

The private aft cabin provides a comfortable space beneath the yacht's cockpit sole. Storage spaces are found her for all the gear that you and your crew have brought along. Lockers with drop down doors. The hanging locker located in the forward end of this compartment (where you find standing headroom) has a small seat in front of it.
