When stepping on the boat, you are met with a big transom area and a large aft storage locker facing the four, beautiful, 350HP Mercury Verados (all under 390hrs) painted to match the hull.
Walking around to the cockpit area begins this amazing layout where Ocean Alexander (OA) did not seem to waste an inch.
Dual couches and a cockpit table boast a fantastic entertaining space. The forward couch backrest adjusts to face forward or aft as desired with a quick movement. The cockpit table itself folds outwards for a larger dining surface or folds inward and stows down into the floor to increase the deck area, bringing us to the port and starboard bulwarks (the deck extensions). This patented design by OA hosts the ‘door within a door’ feature.
When the bulwarks are in the upright position, you can open the tuna door on each side for easy entry/exit into the water. Mostly ideal for sandbar Sundays to just hop in and out as you please. If you choose to go fishing, you can hoist up your 200lb YellowFin tuna with the least amount of effort as the doors entry is mere inches from the water.
All boaters with these doors agree that the easy access to the water, whatever it’s use may be, are the most ideal for them when they are out on the ocean.
When these platforms are extended outward on to the water’s surface, they provide you with extra space to entertain while at the sandbar or on anchor, snorkeling with the kids. On the port side, you’ll see a swim ladder which extends from inside the door for easy deployment or stowing.
These two platforms increase the vessels beam to an additional 6 feet when extended, if you wanted to add more chairs to this living space, you have the room to do so. She comes with staple railings which insert into the bulwarks for added safety, if desired.
Going back to the cockpit, you can look down to see the massive in floor compartments. Port storage includes a chiller plate to keep food/beverages cold or that 200lb tuna chilling on ice. The starboard compartment provides storage for additional items, and the aft compartment provides access to the inner workings of the vessel including the SeaKeeper, water tank, batteries, Kohler Generator, and more.
Moving forward you will find the ultimate outdoor galley. With dual burners and a grill, you can bring along the chef to whip up a quick lunch for the kids or to serve an elegant dinner on the water with every feature needed to do so. This galley includes drawers for storage, a wetbar, 2 large refrigerated compartments, and, at your feet, you will find another massive in floor compartment to stow additional items.
Stepping over to the starboard side, you will find the ice maker to make your favorite cocktail on the rocks. On the port side, there is control panel access, Bluetooth stereo controls with more drawer storage, then on both sides, you will find additional in floor storage for even more items.
At the helm, you would expect nothing less from Ocean Alexander and as people say, good things come in threes.
Three helm seats for captain, mate, and stew, Three enormous Garmin Navigation Screens, Three Cupholders, and Three Air conditioning vents.

Moving on to the cabin, you will find a multi-functional area which will transforms with whatever you choose to do down there. The U shaped couch is complete with a dining table which raises and lowers with control. This area quickly converts into a large berth by folding back the forward backrest, lowering the table, and adding the table top cushion. Access your personal items is easy in one of the four storage compartments along the sides of the berth or via the 3 compartments underneath the cushions as well. To the port side is the cabin galley, equipped with a wetbar, microwave oven, refrigerator, and storage drawers under the sink as well as under the stairs. To the starboard is a hanging storage compartment, full head, and Flatscreen TV.
The head is larger than what you’d expect with a glass bowl sink, marble-like flooring, vacuuflush head, and large standup shower with folding glass doors.
Before you leave the cabin, on the port side of the entrance, you will see the keyed ignition compartment with additional breaker access.
Making your way to the bow, you have the option to sit facing forward with your own cupholders, and Bluetooth Radio controls, or in the bow, you can choose the U shaped seating with another adjusting table. This forward table raises to use for dining or lowers to create a mid-sized sunpad in the bow. This forward couch has additional storage underneath the seats.
Just forward of the seating, as you’d expect is the Windlass locker with step controls or a controller and crank inside, whichever you prefer.
Each group of upholstery, plus the outdoor galley, has its own custom cover secured with bungees and strong suction cups, the tables have their own covers as well to protect from the sun. No need to mess with replacing snaps as the bungees and suction last for quite some time and are easily swapped out.
